| Description | This contemporary course discusses the changing role of the paramedic. It introduces the student to the non-technical professional expectations of the profession. Students will learn to demonstrate an understanding of career planning and professional growth. The application of the fundamental principles of medical research will be applied through out the program. Development of leadership skills reflective of the evolving changes within the profession will be a key outcome of the course.
