| Description | This course further introduces students to advanced topics in esthetics, such as `Medical Esthetics``. Students are introduced to esthetician roles in medical clinics as assistants to Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons. Students will explore pre and post-operative care, injectables, and peels while understanding contra-indications. Students will learn the theory behind the laser and IPL technology. Scope of practice will be reviewed.
