Description: In this course, students will examine the role of design patterns in designing object-oriented software. The instructor will introduce the fundamental principles of assigning responsibilities to objects. The students will explore additional patterns drawn from the most widely-used lists including Creational Patterns, Structural Patterns, and Behavioural Patterns. Students will be expected to conduct a design case study that involves the application of design patterns.
