| Description | You will further develop your teaching skills. Emphasis will be on accessing relevant community resources, the design, teaching and evaluation of learning plans. The course will introduce various teaching approaches in skills areas such as: motor, communication, domestic, community, academic, and employment. You will be provided with instruction and practice in developing both individualized teaching plans and lesson plans for teaching learners in groups. Integration and transition will be discussed as they affect our roles as teachers. A "C" grade is required for successful completion of the course. |
