Learn to spot unethical cybercrime in the workplace

Cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility. In this two-hour micro-course you’ll be taught the non-technical technical cybersecurity concepts critical for ensuring all professionals are aware of the ethical considerations of cybersecurity and cybercrime. At the end of this micro-course, you will be able to:

  • Explain ethical responsibility and why it is different than whistle blowing
  • Describe how due diligence can clash with customer privacy
  • Deal with ethical dilemmas related to monetizing personal data
  • Deal with ethical dilemmas related to terrorism and protecting customer data
  • Deal with ethical dilemmas related to violating privacy for the greater good
  • Deal with ethical dilemmas related to unethical business practices and unethical leaking of information
  • Deal with ethical dilemmas related to withholding notifications and impacting large numbers of users
