Ordering a Transcript

To request your transcript to reflect graduation* you must complete the following:

Complete the online or paper version of the Request for Academic Transcript Form

Forms are available at Enrolment Services Office or you can print off the Request for Academic Transcript Form

Check the box 'held to reflect graduation'

Submit your completed online or paper form to the Enrolment Services Office

You must present photo identification (Student ID/myCard or government issued ID) when requesting your transcript. A fee per copy will be charged.

Transcript request takes approximately 7-10 business days for processing. All efforts will be made to process transcripts 'held to reflect graduation' at a minimum, five business days after all grades are posted.

If you choose to use the online transcript request service, please view your unofficial transcript on myCentennial to verify your graduation status is complete.

Verbal requests (e.g. via the phone) for academic transcripts will not be accepted. Centennial College is not responsible for transcripts that are lost or delayed in the mail. Should you owe fees or fines, transcripts will not be provided.
