I am honored to be a part of the Office Administration Program Advisory Committee at Centennial College. Through the many years as an Administrative Professional, much change has been seen with regard to course content, technology - including social media, and both hard and soft skill development. Students are our future, and with it, they bring continued success to our ever-changing environment. Centennial College provides a great stepping stone for their students as they begin their journey to a successful professional career. Being a part of that journey fills my own journey with continued gratitude. I look forward to working with like-minded professionals to continue enhancing our educational arena. — Erika Giesl, QAA President, Toronto Charter Branch Association of Administrative Professionals
