Intellectual Wellness

Intellectual wellness is the ability to open your mind to new ideas and experiences. The desire to learn new concepts, gain new skills, and seek out creative, stimulating or challenging activities contributes to intellectual wellness.

Beyond the learning you do in your academic program, there are a number of opportunities, on and off campus, to learn about yourself, develop new skills and experience the world around you.
