Mental wellness involves recognizing your own abilities, the capacity to enjoy life and the ability to cope with life’s stresses while reaching your goals. Mental well-being allows you to live, learn, work and contribute to your community in a positive and productive way. It’s promoted through various approaches, including stress reduction, adopting an optimistic attitude, good nutrition and physical activity.
