Based on the principles of positive psychology, Thriving in Action is intended to help you move from “surviving” to “thriving”.

Thriving in Action is a student program designed to help you enhance your wellbeing and success at college. Through participation, you can expect to:

  • Learn helpful tips to integrate wellness into daily life
  • Develop learning strategies to support your academic success
  • Strengthen resilience and learn how to flourish
  • Connect with peers and participate in the Centennial College community
