Summer 2019 Registration FAQs

1. Where and when can I get my timetable?

Online web registration opens:

April 17, 2019* for new students and final semester students.
April 24, 2019* for returning students (all other semesters).
*Registration dates subject to change.

All domestic and International students can build their timetable once tuition fees are paid. To register sign into myCentennial and follow the steps below to get your timetable:

  • Select Student (left side of screen)
  • Click on Registration
  • Select Build My Timetable
  • Select the Term (select Summer 2019)
  • Choose your Block/Courses to create your timetable

2. Where do International students register?

All first semester International students register at the International Department at your campus.

Important Note for Returning International Students. You do not make tuition payment through your agent. You can access myCentennial to pay your tuition. Returning international students register online via myCentennial:

  • Select Student (left side of screen)
  • Click on Registration
  • Select Build My Timetable
  • Select the Term (select Summer 2019)
  • Choose your Block/Courses to create your timetable

3. How soon after I register do I receive my OSAP funds (Domestic students only)?

If your OSAP file has been fully processed (all supporting documentation provided) and the Ministry authorizes the release of OSAP funds, (usually 10 days before the first day of classes), and you have a fulltime timetable, The College sends a confirmation of registration to the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC), your money will appear in your bank account within 10 business days. 4. Where do returning International students request a Confirmatio of Registration letter or Letter of Enrolment?

All International students request their letter online here. The letter will be available for pick up in the International Department at your home campus within 10 business days from the date you requested the letter.

5. When and where can I get myCard?

Please refer to the myCard schedule available on myCentennial, or posted in the StudentHub. You can skip the line and upload your photo on line at myphoto.centennialcollege.ca. Pick up your myCard at the College when you receive notification. To view pick up schedules click here.

6. Where can I buy books?

You can buy new or used books in-person at the campus bookstore at your campus, or online here.

7. How can I transfer my credits from a previous school?

Transfer of credits must be done online through the myCentennial website. Please refer to the Transfer of Credit FAQ.

8. Are there any shuttle buses between campuses?

Centennial does not offer shuttle buses between campuses. The TTC is accessible at all campuses and runs frequently throughout the day. You can access the TTC information here.

9. Where can we get RESP forms completed?

Letter request and RESP forms completion for Domestic students will be done at any Enrolment Services. Student must have a timetable/schedule before requesting these services.


Timetable FAQs:

COMM999 on your timetable – this is not an active course, but reserves a spot on your timetable for your English course. This will remain until you have taken your English Skills Assessment, or if your score has not yet been applied to your timetable after you have completed your Assessment. If you haven’t completed your Assessment, book your assessments by clicking on the following link: Book Your Assessment

MATH999 on your timetable – this is not an active course, but reserves a spot on your timetable for your Math course. This will remain until you have taken your Math Skills Assessment, or if your score has not yet been applied to your timetable after you have completed your Assessment. IMPORTANT: Timetable changes – When a course is changed (time, date, location, etc.) by the College, you will be notified by email at your myCentennial email account. Please check your myCentennial email often, during registration to ensure you are aware of any changes that may occur. Access myCentennial to view your current and accurate timetable – choose "Timetable At A Glance".

Note: Continue to check your online timetable via myCentennial due to potential timetable changes that may occur up until the end of the first week of classes. Do not print or photograph your timetable the first day of classes as you will miss potential timetable changes.

HPC = Morningside Campus
ASH = Ashtonbee Campus
CCC = Story Arts Centre
PLS = Pickering Learning Site

DAC = Downsview Campus

Room Number Codes:

CCRCC – Centennial College Residence and Conference Centre (Progress Campus)
