The Learning Centre
The Centennial College Learning Centre features a peer-based tutoring program that helps individual students and small groups in a casual setting. We help you understand the process of learning. The tutors at the Learning Centre are University or Centennial College students who are in high academic standing and have been recommended by their respective departments.
Peer tutoring helps students who may be experiencing difficulties in specific courses by giving them aid from qualified Centennial College students. Students interested in becoming tutors must be currently enrolled at Centennial College with a minimum B+ grade in the courses they wish to tutor. Peer tutoring programs are available as one-on-one sessions or in small groups. You can receive tutoring by visiting your campus Library's Learning Centre. Tutoring is offered in Accounting, Math, Science, Study Skills, and more.
