Full Vaccination Requirements FAQs

Vaccination is a critical component of our response to the pandemic. Anyone wishing to access our campuses, residence, or other College-owned or controlled facilities must comply with our COVID-19 Immunization Policy. Anyone required to be on campus for the fall 2021 semester was required to be fully vaccinated or have an approved medical or religion/creed exemption by October 30.

In addition, those with a medical or religion/creed exemption are required to show a valid, negative rapid antigen test each time they come on campus or another College-owned/controlled facility. For more information, visit: Rapid Antigen Testing FAQs.

A change to the definition of fully vaccinated was introduced by Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health on October 5, 2021. Individuals who received a full series of vaccines not authorized by Health Canada, i.e. Sinovac or Sinopharm, are required to receive either 1) one dose of a mRNA vaccine approved by Health Canada (If already in Canada), or 2) a third dose of their original vaccine (if not yet in Canada).
