| Description | In this course students will learn to apply advertising, marketing and merchandising initiatives relevant to food service in the healthcare and community sectors. Students will analyze the impact of marketing strategies on food service operations while planning a special event. A major component of this course is the development of a Social Health Promotions plan using activities to enhance the public’s knowledge of Nutrition through visual displays.  |
