The in-School training portion of the program has students in the General Motors Automotive Service Education Program (ASEP) alternate between the college and their employer for a total of 64 weeks (32 weeks with each). The training encompasses all of the latest GM vehicle systems, with emphasis on diagnosis and repair following recommended GM service procedures. A large portion of the program involves vehicle electrical and electronic systems diagnosis and repair. Upon successful completion, you will complete your on-the-job experience and apprenticeship with your General Motors employer.
