Inclusive Leadership Practices Certificate

The Centennial College Certificate in Inclusive Leadership Practices is a four-course program that provides the opportunity to examine the theories, models, and practices of inclusive leadership required in contemporary workplaces. Students will define their own leadership philosophy through examining their personal values, beliefs, and attitudes. They will learn leadership strategies for effectively managing and leading organizational change, as well as focus on leadership practices that can build a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Students will engage in reflective practice in support of building the leadership skills that are necessary to create a diverse, effective, and inclusive environment in 21st century workplaces. Upon completion of the program, graduates will have leadership skills and knowledge to lead and support inclusive practices in the global workplace as well as earn a Centennial College Certificate.

Students are required to take GNED 400, GNED 401, GNED 402, and GNED 500 in order to complete the credential. Two of these courses will be taken as the GNED electives. The GNED 500 remains a requirement as specified in the student diploma program. The outstanding course must be taken in addition to your model route and an additional tuition fee will be applied.
