| Description | Microcomputer-based project management software is becoming an important means to plan and control projects. In this course, you will gain hands-on training in using some of the popular project management software, such as MS Project and/or Primavera Project Planner. Using the software, you will create task lists, establish task dependencies, assign resources to tasks, analyze schedules, and produce management reports. Prerequisite: CEMG-909 or by permission of department (materials fee included; textbook extra) |
