Alexandra Raphael was appointed by the Board in 2019 and reappointed in 2022. She practiced corporate and commercial law in the private and public sectors for over thirty years before retiring in 2017. During her career, she provided advice on governance and fiduciary responsibilities to the boards of large and small corporations and private and Crown agents. Alex serves as the Chair of the Board’s Learning and Employment Committee.
