Mohsin Imran was appointed by the Board in 2024. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Mohsin is a CPA, CA, and CFA charter holder with degrees in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Mohsin is a member of the Board’s Audit and Risk Management Committee.
