Yasmina Triki was appointed by the Board in 2025. She brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in finance, investment, and corporate governance, cultivated through board and executive leadership roles across diverse international markets. Yasmina possesses a deep understanding of strategic oversight and risk management. She currently serves as an Independent Director of a private company in Morocco, where she chairs the Governance, Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Yasmina is the Treasurer and a dedicated Board Member of the Club des Femmes Administrateurs du Maroc (the Club of Women Directors of Morocco). In this role, she is a passionate advocate for gender parity, leveraging her expertise to develop programs and policies that empower women to attain and excel in board positions. Yasmina is a member of the Board’s Governance, People and Equity Committee.
