Cary DiPietro has been working in the postsecondary sector for more than twenty years as an educator, researcher, faculty developer, and academic administrator. At Centennial College, he leads the Centre for Faculty Development and Teaching Innovation (CFDTI) and works with the Senior Academic Leadership Team to help realize the college’s commitments to inclusive, equitable, critical, and scholarly practices in teaching and learning
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Cary earned his Masters and Ph.D. in English Literature at the University of Birmingham. He is a trained Instructional Skills Workshop facilitator, SEDA-accredited Educational Developer, and has led educational development initiatives, including initiatives in experiential learning, inclusive teaching, and UDL, Writing Across the Curriculum, and Academic Integrity.
