Manager, Transitions and Student Life

To me, being a good ally means showing up fully and consistently for the 2SLGBTQQIA+ community; not just in words, but through meaningful action. It’s about listening deeply, amplifying voices that are often unheard, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. I have the privilege of working with Queering Community Student Collective and I strive to embody these principles every day. Working closely with students, not only advocating for their needs but stepping back when necessary so their voices lead the conversation. For me, being a good ally is a lifelong commitment to learning, supporting, and creating spaces where everyone can thrive.
