With the introduction of the Fundamentals for Indigenous Education and Anti-Racism Program to all employees this fall, the Equity and Inclusion Perspectives Program will be reimagined to provide opportunities for more in-depth focus and learning. In collaboration with Centennial’s Talent Academy, the Global Citizenship Education team will continue to offer interactive workshops and events to support employees in gaining the knowledge, tools, and resources to integrate equitable practices that reduce systemic barriers and further build inclusion throughout the College.
Employees currently enrolled in the Equity and Inclusion Perspectives Program who have completed more than 75% of the program requirements will be contacted and will have an opportunity to complete the E&I Perspectives badge program.
