Rosalind Mills

Professor

Rosalind has been coaching voice for over twenty years. Her students have performed in Mirvish productions, including “Fun Home,” “Annie,” Matilda,” “Mama Mia,” “Strictly Ballroom,” and “Lion King” and in a broad range of media. She has coached the lead singers of numerous bands, including two who opened for Alana Miles and Bon Jovi at the ACC. She is currently on the vocal faculty at Randolph College as well as Centennial.
 
As a composer, her music has been heard on: CBC, Global, OMNI, CityTV and on the film “The Auction,” which won the audience choice award at Sprockets (TIFF). Her musicals have played at the Academy Theatre, Waterloo Stage, The Orillia Opera House and many other locations. She is currently co-composing “The Musical McCoy,” which is supported by the National Arts Centre, the Shaw Festival and Marquis Entertainment.  She is also composing “Wendy Darling,” which is being produced by Seventh Stage Theatre.
 
Rosalind music-directed fifteen musicals for the Rose Theatre professional series and has music-directed numerous professional shows across Ontario.   www.ivorystorm.com
