Professor and Program Coordinator, Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Program

Krista Kamstra-Cooper (She/Her/Hers) RN, BScN, MN, is a professor and program coordinator in the Toronto Metropolitan University, Centennial College, George Brown College Collaborative BScN Program.  Her research focuses on new nurse graduates transitioning to practice.  Her scholarship is built upon descriptive phenomenology and qualitative methodology, focusing on students entering their nursing education and those who have recently graduated.  Krista aims to support mentorship and professional development for both students and faculty.  Krista also actively works with various organizations, such as the Registered Nurses Foundation of Ontario (RNFOO) and Sigma Theta Tau.
