Kendra Allen, NM, BA is a Centennial College graduate with a diploma in what our program used to be called, Food and Nutrition Management program. She also has earned a certificate in Adult Learning, an advanced diploma in Food and Drug Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Digital Technology.
Kendra has 13 years of food service healthcare and food manufacturing experience. In healthcare she has been a dietary aide, menu clerk, dietitian's assistant, diet tech and supervisor and in food manufacturing has been a technician, technologist, analyst and coordinator in quality assurance.
Kendra has been teaching at Centennial for 16 years as a part-time and partial load faculty and became full-time in 2011. During that time Kendra has enjoyed sharing work and life experiences with students as she helps prepare them for a future in food service management or other food related industries.
