- You may apply for either full-time or part-time studies, regardless of what stream you are currently in at Centennial.
- Choose the Full-time or Part-time info sheet and follow ALL steps.
- Please follow all instructions in the Apply to Toronto Metropolitan University forms.
What you must do in your final semester
Apply to Toronto Metropolitan University and request 2 sets of Transcripts and Apply to Graduate.
1. Request Interim Transcripts
Request your first set of interim transcripts through myCentennial, Records, Transcripts, Apply for transcripts, which will be sent immediately.
2. Apply to Graduate
For Full-time or Flex Students (9251, 9252, 9253): Apply to Graduate through myCentennial, Records, Graduation, Apply to Graduate through Steps to Graduate. You can also download the Application to Graduate (Full Time) Form and submit it to Enrolment Services.
For Hybrid Program Students: Apply to graduate using the Application to Graduate (Part-time Learning) Form.
3. Request Final Transcripts
Request your Second set of Final transcripts AFTER you have applied to graduate either through myCentennial, Records, Transcripts, Apply for Transcripts or by using the Request for Academic Transcript Form.
Make sure for both options you check the box "Held for Graduation."

Failure to correctly apply for two sets of transcripts and apply to graduate will mean your Toronto Metropolitan University application will not be processed.
