Dr. Aime M. Mbobi is the Manager of the Learning Services Department at Huawei Technology Canada. He is also a Professor within the School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science, at Centennial College. He holds an Engineering Degree in Telecommunications from Telecom Lille and the University of Lille1, an Engineering Degree in Network Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Paris, and a PhD. in EECS (Software Engineering) which he obtained with Highest Honors “Summa Cum Laude” from the University of Paris XI-Orsay (France). Dr. Mbobi has been teaching Software Engineering over 10 years and working over 28 years in the Telecom field, IT industries, and International Telecommunication Authorities as an expert. Mbobi’s areas of scholarly work include Software and Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), Data Structure and Algorithms, Bioinformatics Algorithms and Computational Methods. Dr. Mbobi has also delivered over a hundred Wireless and Core Network trainings and seminars to diverse Telecom Operators and equipment suppliers across the world (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G). Besides his academic duties, Dr. Mbobi also sits in several scientific boards as a reviewer. He is an expert of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a member of IEEE and also a member of the Elite French Graduate Schools Alumni Association (Association des Alumni des Grandes Ecoles Francaises, AAGEF).
