Dr. Sivasothy Senthuran received his M.Eng. degree in Telecommunications from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, M.Sc. degree in Communication Networks and Services from Télécom SudParis, France, in 2006, and Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), Toronto, Canada in 2012. Dr. Senthuran has more than 10 years of Canadian industrial experience and has worked on multiple Blackberry platforms based on Intel/Qualcomm transceivers, WiFi access points and IoT products. His research interests are converged networks, Internet of Things (IoT), wireless standards, cognitive radio and cloud computing.
