Vida has a long history at Centennial College and has been teaching a wide variety of courses since 1986. Her educational background includes Computer Science and Instructional Design and Technology. Vida has successfully completed two certificate programs at Centennial College in addition to taking many courses and workshops that help her stay current with best practices that support teaching and learning.
As a member of The Business School, she helps to incorporate educational technology across the curriculum including designing, developing and delivering courses in-person and online. She was recognized by the Ontario Ministry of College and Universities in 2020 with an Award of Excellence for developing and improving digital resources in the early days of COVID-19. Vida has also been recognized by the Board of Governors for Teaching Excellence.
When she’s not in the classroom or working at her computer, she loves to travel, read and go for long runs. Vida has completed many marathons and is always training for her next race!
