Dr Debbie A Mohammed is an international business professor and researcher on trade and development issues. She has a PhD in International Relations from the University of the West Indies and a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University. She has taught at the graduate level at university for over fifteen years and has supervised PhD and Masters theses internationally. She has published extensively on competitiveness, strategy and government policy, and has advised governments, international and private organizations on trade and development related matters.
