Kerri Shields has worked in a variety of job roles, including recruitment officer, customer service contact center supervisor, human resources provider branch manager, college professor, project manager, computer programmer, factory line worker, and more. She has taught courses in business and management, innovation, leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship, business communication, programming, office administration, human resources and career development. She has obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Education in Adult Education (BEd), Bachelor of General Studies - Arts and Science (BGS), and several continuing education certificates in computing. She enjoys learning as much as teaching.
