Paul is a Part-Time Professor teaching two courses - Leadership Essentials and Integrated Business Planning for the Business School He spent his career as an Executive, managing non-profit organizations facing leadership challenges in the private industry overseeing larger retirement residences. While working Full –Time, he also served York University's Schulich School of Business as a grader for their MBA Program. He has a B.Sc., MBA, and Certification as an Association Executive (CAE). Additionally he is a Graduate of the Canadian Securities Course. He is energized by developing the next generation of leaders.
