Debranette joined The Business School in 2018 as a Professor teaching the court support, law clerk, and legal office administration programs. Before joining our team, Debranette worked for over five (5) years with a law firm as a Senior Law Clerk. Debranette is also a business owner, she runs a consulting firm that supports lawyers with legal drafting, research, and general office management and administration.
Debranette holds an Honours BA from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus in Jamaica. She started her law journey in 2012 at Humber College. She completed a certificate in Legal Studies. After graduating from the program with honours, she decided to pursue a career in law. She completed her law degree in 2017 and earned her Honours LLB from the University of London, England.
Debranette is also a writer and a blogger. She enjoys traveling and sharing the Word of God.
