For 35 years, I was the President of Pottruff Consulting. I helped individuals and organizations improve their conditions through hands-on training and consulting. I've worked in all ten Canadian provinces and most of the United States, as well as a few international jobs. It's always challenging.
Personal leadership is the key to success. Have an idea of where you want to be in the future. Figure out what skills and knowledge you need to develop. Find a mentor to help you navigate your growth and the inevitable pitfalls. I enjoy helping students figure out this puzzle.
