Biography

Roger is a Project Manager, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) practitioner and teacher with extensive experience in ICT for Development, Project Management, and Teaching which he has acquired over 25 years and in a number of countries.

Roger has developed, strengthened and promoted the IT agenda of several governments in areas such as trade, taxation, foreign affairs and electronic commerce. He has consulted on several projects for the United Nations Development Programme, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Inter-American Development Bank and has worked in Africa, South America, the Caribbean and Canada.

Roger has guided and mentored many experienced and budding professionals and now teaches Project Management and Information Technology at Centennial College
