Scott has a passion for innovation and teamwork. He has hosted workshops on fostering collaboration in adult ed., and his work on supporting virtual student teams has been published by the NISOD. His graduate research at Queen's University focuses on collaborative creative thinking in higher ed.

Working in retail purchasing and category management, Scott has overseen numerous projects. Highlights include redesigning Costco’s fresh foods production system, pioneering the company’s e-commerce site, and refining logistics at Giant Tiger to improve fresh food quality and customer experience.
