2021-22 Academic Employee Contract Negotiations

As one of Ontario’s community colleges, Centennial College does not bargain directly with its faculty members. The provincial government mandates the College Employer Council act as the bargaining agent representing Ontario’s public colleges (the employers) in centralized collective bargaining with unionized staff. OPSEU represents three college employee collective bargaining groups: Academic Employees (CAAT-A), Full-time Support Staff and Part-time Support Staff.
