If you have been away from your program of study at Centennial College for more than one semester and wish to return to your previous program, you will need permission from the academic department or program coordinator. Please complete the Program Readmit and Program Transfer request form.
If you cannot remember your password, please click on the Forgot Password link on the myLogin page. If you do not remember your student number or cannot otherwise log in, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Students applying for re-admission to semester one of their previous program are subject to the following:
- Equal consideration deadlines
- Review of current academic standing
- Meeting current admissions requirements for the program
- Availability of seats in the program
New Program of Study
Students may apply through the Online Full-Time Program internal application if they meet any of the following conditions:
- Previously or are currently enrolled in a full-time program and did not withdraw prior to day 10 of the term. Fees were not refunded. Note: Successful completion of a term is not required.
- Students in any of the following programs: Better Jobs Ontario, WSIB, HYPE, ACE, OBS, Canada Job Grant Program.
- CE students who have successfully completed some required courses for the program they are applying to, i.e., completed COMM and MATH and GNED courses at CE that are part of the program curriculum.
Applicants using the internal application are subject to the following:

- Availability of seats in the program
