Students must be enrolled in a program at Centennial College to apply for transfer credit. They should submit transfer credit applications for courses within the specific semester's timetable prior to the semesterly transfer credit deadline. Future semester credits can be applied for in advance.
Transfer credit deadlines ensure students can make changes to their timetable based on transfer credit decisions while also allowing the College to meet Ministry reporting deadlines. Centennial transfer credit deadlines are much later than most other Ontario postsecondaries' because we try to give our students as much time as possible.
There is no tuition refund for full-time students as Centennial tuition is block-based (as opposed to course-based). If enough courses are dropped so that the student becomes part-time, part-time tuition calculations will apply.
A full-time student is one who is enrolled in at least 70 per cent of the student contact hours (two-thirds of the courses required) for the approved program in a given semester.

For financial aid related questions, please contact Financial Aid or your funding organization(s) to determine their specific requirements.
