In this interactive workshop, Dr. Lee Airton will introduce participants to the contemporary gender diversity landscape that is increasingly present on post-secondary campuses. You will learn about different groups under the transgender umbrella, barriers to welcoming gender diversity that commonly surface in university classrooms, and a variety of practices to mitigate those barriers in your own teaching.
