Toronto, Ontario based designer, Lauren Novak , founded Remark by Lauren in 2008. After years of creating unique pieces for friends and family, she began selling her creations in 2017. Remark creates distinctive pieces from pre-existing materials.

In our interactive lecture we will discuss fast fashion and it's problems and impacts on society, along with the green marketing tactics we deal with daily. We will also touch on sustainability within the fashion industry and what exactly slow fashion entails.
