The kickoff event for Centennial College’s Black History Month includes a moderated panel that centres this year’s impactful theme and highlights diverse perspectives on Black Power. Titled, Reflecting on and Revitalizing Black Power: Centennial College Perspectives, the event will include representation from Centennial College students, support staff, leadership, faculty and alumni. Panelists will explore what Black Power means to them and why it is important to reflect on and revitalize Black Power at Centennial College and beyond. Participants will experience a dynamic and thought-provoking conversation grounded in racial justice, community resilience and Black futures.
