Centennial College will select the recipient of these scholarships based on your academic performance at Centennial College. Awarded to a student who completed the COMM171: College Communications 2 course. The student must have been enrolled full-time in the previous calendar year. The student who achieved the highest grade in the College Communications 2 course, in conjunction with the highest cumulative GPA above 3.0, will be the recipient of this award.

Awarded to the student who achieved the highest cumulative grade point average in Level 3 of the English for Academic Purposes (6616) program. The student must have completed the program within the previous calendar year. The student must have completed both Level 2 and Level 3 for the English for Academic Purposes (6616) program.

Awarded to Corrections Literacy Initiative (CLI) probation and parole- students (a) who end up taking a post-secondary program and (b) meet the criteria - New Beginnings Scholarship Rubric. Faculty will provide a name and rubric assessment annually to SFS.
