Centennial College will select the recipient of these scholarships based on your academic performance at Centennial College. Awarded to a full-time student enrolled in the second semester of the Food and Beverage Management (1808) program during the Winter term. The student must be Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person. The student must have been enrolled in the first semester of the same program, full-time during the previous term. The student with the highest cumulative grade point average above 3.0 after their first semester of studies will be the recipient of this award.

Awarded to a second to eighth semester student enrolled in a School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts program in the Winter term. The students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. The Success advisors from the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts are to nominate students with demonstrated commitment to the program, demonstrated self-improvement, and an on-going counsel relationship with the advisor.

Awarded to a full-time student of the Culinary Management Program (1811/1822/1861). The student must have completed their 3rd or 4th semester Work Integrated Learning placement at The Local Cafe and Restaurant or Centennial College Event Centre in the previous calendar year. The recipient will be a student that demonstrates dedication to culinary excellence, and a commitment to professionalism in the operation. The recipient will be selected based the feedback provided on the Work Integrated Learning evaluation."

The student must have completed their 3rd or 4th semester Work Integrated Learning placement at The Local Café and Restaurant or Centennial College Event Centre in the previous calendar year. The recipient will be a student that demonstrates exemplary leadership qualities, professionalism and promotes teamwork in the operation. The recipient will be selected based the feedback provided on the Work Integrated Learning evaluation.
