Centennial College has launched a new Honours Bachelor of Business Administration – International Business degree, expanding its lineup of degree programs. Set to begin at Centennial’s Progress Campus in fall 2026, the four-year program will prepare students to navigate the complex and fast-changing world of international trade, logistics and investment.

The degree is offered through the School of Business, within the Faculty of Global Business and Creative Industries. Grounded in the School’s industry partnerships and academic expertise, the program combines classroom learning with practical, career-focused experience. Students will develop skills in finance, marketing, supply chain management, human resources and cross-cultural management to prepare for leadership roles in a global economy.

Designed at the intersection of global business, analytics and human insight, the degree signals a new chapter for Centennial’s School of Business — one focused on equipping graduates to think strategically, act globally and build resilient organizations that drive economic growth.

“At a time when global forces are reshaping industries and economies, this degree ensures our graduates are not merely responding to change, but leading it,” said Dr. Craig Stephenson, President and CEO. “In a world defined by volatility, shifting markets and emerging technologies, our graduates will need more than just knowledge – they will need agility, adaptability, insight and hands-on experience.

“By blending rigorous academic learning with real-world application, this program positions students to understand global markets, influence them, and ultimately shape Canada’s role on the world stage. Indeed, it’s another prime example of how Centennial College prepares learners to contribute meaningfully — as innovators, problem-solvers and global citizens — to Canada’s economic and social prosperity.”

Through in-class coursework, students in the program will also have an opportunity to earn professional certification from CIFFA, Canada’s logistics association for freight forwarders, customs brokers, freight brokers, drayage, and warehousing companies. Graduates will be qualified for careers such as trade analyst, logistics coordinator, business development specialist and foreign investment analyst.

The new degree builds on Centennial’s commitment to align academic programs with Ontario’s workforce and economic needs. It’s one of three degree programs on offer at the College, along with the Honours Bachelor of Public Relations Management and Honours Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer and Communication Networks).
