We would like to inform you of an important upcoming IT maintenance scheduled by the College’s Information Technology Services (ITS) team. This maintenance will commence on Friday, January 30th at 4:30 p.m. and will continue until Monday, February 2nd at 5:00 a.m. During this period, various systems and services will be affected.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but this essential maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and security of our IT infrastructure. Below, you will find the detailed schedule and a list of affected services.

Employee Timesheet Deadline Change for Pay Period 03 - Due Friday, January 30th by 3:00 p.m.
- The timesheet submission deadline for pay period 03 (January 18th to January 31st, 2026, payday February 12th, 2026) has been moved up.
- Employees must now submit timesheets by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30th, instead of the usual Sunday 8:00 p.m. on February 1st, 2026.
- Departments must also submit timesheets for non-full-time academic employees by the same deadline.
