| Description | As a foundation course, CNC Machine Tool Setup introduces you to the fundamental processes associated with the CNC manufacturing industry. Presented through a combination of topical lectures, demonstrations and hands-on assignments that will allow for solid practice, the course emphasizes tooling selection, machining processes, fixturing, as pertains to CNC Mill centres and CNC turning centres. Manual setup procedures (addressing machining centres - Mill/Lathe) and process planning methods will also be addressed. |
