Description | Consumer behaviour studies why and how people make purchases, drawing from psychology, sociology, neuroscience, and economics. Marketers use this knowledge to predict and influence consumer decisions. This course explores motivation and decision-making from personal, advocacy, and marketing perspectives. Topics include brain processes, perception, and biases, which are applied in consumer research and communications planning. Students will analyze consumer data based on course concepts and primary research to identify target audiences. |
