| Description | This course complements and reinforces skills learned in the Technical Writing course. Students will design, develop, and implement e-learning training programs and curricula. Through blended (in class and online) delivery, they will explore the latest developments in online educational technology, including MOOCs, gamification, and the role of social media in e-learning environments. Students will use Help Authoring Tools, create video demonstrations, develop training modules, and test knowledge retention. |
